About Our Practice
Arrive Therapy is a gay- and trans-focused, all LGBTQ+ counseling practice in Paoli, PA. Arrive Therapy provides affirming, specialized mental health services for the transgender, non-binary, and whole LGBTQ+ community. Our team of licensed therapists all identify as LGBTQ+. These shared lived experiences allows the therapists to bring deep personal understanding along with clinical expertise to support gender diverse and queer clients.

Arrive Therapy was founded with the goal of offering high-quality mental health care tailored specifically to the needs of the transgender and LGBTQ+ community. Our team consists entirely of LGBTQ+ therapists who deeply understand the unique challenges and experiences of gender diverse and queer clients.

About the Founder, Alexander Stefanini, LPC
Alexander Stefanini is a licensed professional counselor, trans man, and the owner of Arrive Therapy. Alexander has worked in many roles in the mental health field and brings his deep understanding of clinical practice to his role as the leader of his group of talented therapists.
Alexander is the owner and clinical director of Arrive Therapy. Arrive is an all-LGBTQ+ counseling practice that works primarily with trans and queer folks of all ages.
Alexander Stefanini received a Master's degree in Counseling from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and has been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2004 and is the father of two adopted children.

Alexander Stefanini is a licensed professional counselor, trans man, and the owner of Arrive Therapy. He has worked with a wide range of clients since 2004, using various modalities including CBT, motivational interviewing, person-centered therapy, DBT, and more. Alexander also incorporates Inquiry (The WORK) by Byron Katie into many therapy sessions.
Throughout his career, Alexander has worked in family-based settings, community mental health, as a supervisor of outpatient therapy programs, and in many other modalities. He began working with transgender individuals in outpatient counseling when he began his transition in 2018.
Since then, he has immersed himself in supporting the mental health and gender identities of transgender clients, supporting their mental health and gender journeys through gender counseling at Arrive Therapy.
Alexander Stefanini received a Master's degree in Counseling from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and has been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2004 and is the father of two adopted children.

Founded by transgender therapist Alexander Stefanini, Arrive Therapy offers individual and family therapy, gay and transgender support groups, letters for gender-affirming surgeries, and guidance through gender transitions. We are committed to creating an inclusive, welcoming space where LGBTQ+ individuals can explore their identities, process experiences, build resilience, and work towards their goals.
